All items sold by The Luxe Affair are pre-owned and sold as-is. Because each item is unique, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review all listing photos, videos, descriptions, measurements, and condition notes carefully before purchasing. Photos and videos are part of the item description and show the exact item you will receive. We encourage you to zoom in and inspect all details prior to checkout.

We make every effort to highlight major flaws or noticeable wear in each listing. However, because our items are pre-owned, vintage, or previously carried, minor signs of use may be present and may not be listed individually. This may include, but is not limited to, light scratches, creasing, scuffs, marks, tarnishing, glazing wear, interior wear, patina, storage impressions, or natural changes from age and use.

Condition is subjective, and colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or device display. Measurements are approximate.

There are no strong or unpleasant odors unless specifically noted in the listing. However, pre-owned and vintage items may carry a mild storage, material, leather, perfume, or vintage scent. Because sensitivity to scent varies by person, we recommend avoiding pre-owned items if you are highly sensitive to odors.

Only the accessories specifically shown in the photos or stated in the listing are included. Boxes, dust bags, authenticity cards, certificates, straps, locks, keys, receipts, or other accessories are not included unless clearly pictured or listed.

If you believe you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at ShopTheLuxeAffair@gmail.com with clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any damage. Issues reported after this window may not be eligible for review.
